Shipping and pickup options and estimates shown at checkout can change based on address, inventory, carrier conditions, weather, and operational needs. Local pickup is currently offered at 30 Forest Drive, Hegins, PA 17938. Delivery dates are estimates, but this does not limit rights provided by applicable shipping-delay laws. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide notice and cancellation or refund options as required by law.

Our current return policy permits unopened products to be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Contact support before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide instructions. Opened supplements, used products, and final-sale items are not returnable except where required by law or approved for a defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, or for a return or refund question, contact us promptly with your order number and useful photos or details. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Promo codes, sale prices, discounts, featured sales, giveaways, and campaign offers can be limited by date, product, quantity, customer, order, channel, or other published eligibility rules.
