A gym dream. Just a bunch of former athletes who didn’t want to commute to find a gym. No marketing. No ads. Just work.
Founder’s Note
T
hat’s how it started. Just a bunch of former athletes who didn’t want to commute to find a gym. We didn’t market. We didn’t advertise. We just worked.
We started because we needed a place to go. We stayed because everyone else did too.
We offered up our facility at no cost to the local athletes with one simple request: uphold the standards of the gym. Every detail mattered. Train hard. Put the equipment back perfectly.
From the beginning our plan was to build a full-scale family fitness center. As of May 2025, we have hit that checkpoint. There is no finish line.
Along the way we added our own supplement line. Partnering with GMP/ISO certified manufacturers in the United States, we started Bullpen Supps. The goal is simple: offer high-quality supplements at a competitive price and use it to support our local community. We proudly sponsor local youth sports organizations and have partnered with gyms and organizations that share our values.— Bullpen

Coach Brent leaves 13 years in industrial manufacturing maintenance to rebuild, refurbish, and set up every piece of equipment inside the new Bullpen Fitness facility.

Father of two — Rayna and Blake.

Countless injuries, heart failure, and two shoulder surgeries — all before high school graduation.

Locked in with the boys at the gym in 2015 and started running. First race: Spartan’s New Jersey Beast, April 2016. Hooked ever since. Countless OCR and endurance races across North America.

13 years in industrial manufacturing maintenance — electrical, automation, combustion, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic. Left in February 2025 to rebuild the Bullpen Fitness floor by hand.

Seven years coaching youth sports: baseball, football, basketball, soccer, wrestling, cross country.

Carried hand-drawn plans for the Bullpen expansion as early as 2018. Now working on the next 10x.
